Steve Webster is launching his own Oven Cleaning Business as part of the Oven Wizards Franchise. Steve lives in the local area and as he knows it so well, he believes there will be a strong demand for his services.
2017 marks a new start for St Oswald’s Church in Winwick. After years of ongoing essential work to help save this beautiful church, the scaffolding and covers are due to come off in early summer.
Now is the perfect time to discover one of the best bluebell woodlands in the region at RSPB Burton Mere Wetlands on the Dee Estuary. Each spring, the nature reserve’s Gorse Covert, an area of ancient woodland, bursts into colour with a blanket of blue and this year, the bluebells have not disappointed.
This summer the inaugural boutique festival HOPE & GLORY is taking over Liverpool’s city centre, hosting an array of live music and entertainment across the weekend of the 5th and 6th of August. HOPE & GLORY is a unique, artistically subversive event offering an edgy, sophisticated and surreal experience, marrying together the ideas and stylings of Charles Darwin with Tim Burton.

Specialist nurseries at the show include Dominic Kaye Plants, Ox Eye Daisy, Diane Cole Hardy Plants, National Sweet Pea Society, Hempholme Plants, Just Plants, Meadow View Plants and Proctors Nursery along with Cheshire Wildlife Trust and Plant Heritage Cheshire.
The Arley gardeners will be at the fair and will be only to pleased to give advice, guidance and answer any questions you may have about the best type of plants for your garden.
Adult entry is £1.50 or if booked in advance £1.00, both tickets are redeemable against entry to the stunning Arley Gardens, our Gardener’s Kitchen café is open for meals or just delicious tea and cake.
Children and parking are FREE.
